Where can I find info on exercising or weight lifting?

Hey, started working out a few days ago and am curious if there are any good websites or books that talks about exercising and/or weight lifting. As in, what exercises should I do for a certain body part, how often I should do it, if there are certain vitamin or other types of supplements I should take for my goals, etc...etc....my buddy runs a workout center but I am begining to think that he really doesn't know a lot about working out.

Any info would be great!
Thanks!

A good place to look would be a place with lots of geeky computer nerds, or possible aGencon convention, or here

Yeah I was at the "thinking about it" stage for the past month. Woke up last Friday and said enough is enough and started working out. Feels great but good lord am I sore!
