Where can I find info about the weapon laws in my State?

Title pretty much explains it. I'm kinda curious, if I wanted to, could I carry a sword in plain view (it's not concealed). I doubt it but I wonder. But I have no clue as of where to start looking for that info. Any ideas.

State is Wisconsin BTW. (just incase anyone know offhand)

btw, just so you know, your state is heinously difficult to own/carry weapons in. Very very strict laws.
