I have a user who owns a MAC and she has been logging into the domain without any problems until recently. When she now logs into the domain(types in username and password), it now takes approximately 6 minutes for her to log in and get to her desktop. I do not have the slightest idea on how to approach this problem. I know nothing about MACs. Our company does not even support MACs. She happens to be one of the "lucky"(or unlucky depending on how she looks at it) ones who has a MAC on our network. And I am the unlucky one that has a Mac user in one of my offices. doh! A normal log on takes about 15 seconds...scripts run and Norton AV is updated and then the desktop appears if all goes well. Thanks in advance!
