Where can I find good info on how to safely use peltier sink/fan setup?

Please help me with some links if possible. I want to get the peltier for my new CPU and don't want the condensation to fry it.

The review of the Swiftech MC370-3 on Hardware Central has a good amount of protection info in it but it isn't specifically about that. It's also a great high performance peltier/hsf combo but it's about $100.

Anyone else got any idea? I would want to know where I can find how to make a peltier heatsink and fan setup safely. I really don't want to fry my CPU.

I think that if you're concerned about the safety of your processor, a peltier probably isn't for you.

If you can't afford to casually replace your processor, don't even think about it.
