Question Where can I find good 20"+ portable 4K display with touch

Hello, why it is difficult to find such displays at 20-24"? Even at 17", it is not easy to find one that can do 4K and have touch.

Most of it is cost.

The other issue is supply. Most are allocated to laptops not portable displays. Adding a digitizer to a screen amps up the cost and might require a power supply.
