Where can I find FREE tax preparation and FREE e-file?

Every year, I have to go on the great hunt to find a site that not only offers free tax preparation but also free e-filing. I can find a ton of sites via google that say free all over the place, but it's only for preparation, then they want $20 to e-file, or vice versa.

Since irs.gov does not have their official site list up yet (they always wait towards the latter half of Jan), I was hoping someone here could help in my search, or maybe know of a site already that offers what I'm looking for. I have my W2's, and I want to direct deposit my refund (gotten it within 2 weeks the past 2 years). I'm single and make under $25k, so I should qualify for basically any site out there. And yes, I've already checked the site I used last year, and they want money now too.

If some offered them for free, and other didn't. Then yes, I would. No sense in paying for an oil change at the local Valvoline place if Wal-Mart is giving them away for free, now is there asshat?
