Doesn't a .ca mean it is located in Canada? and they won't ship to their own country?!

Actually DL dvds are still very expensive to make so the price has stayed rather high. They are getting better at manufacturing (less defective disks) so the price is dropping. Last I heard over half of every disk they make is bad.
