Where can I find directions on how to remove the speakers in my Integra?

A peak at a tech manual from your Accura dealer would help. You may also find info at any shop that sells and installs aftermarket car audio gear, especially one where you actually buy something to install in your car.

Which speakers? I know the rears you just pull the grilles off. A bit of a tight fit but it works. Fronts, trying to remember if you need to pull the door panel or not.

Yeah I want to get the fronts off, and there seems to only be one screw on the door..but it doesn't seem to come off too easily.
