Where can I find benchmark software?

Does anyone know of any all-in-one programs that I can run on my system that will tell me if there is anything that could be tweeked to improve performance? I would like one program that would do everything (ie: graphic card,memory, hd, cdrom, etc.), but would settle for individual programs. Maybe something that would just give benchmark scores would be fine. I just want to know how well my system really works.
