Where can I find an internal CompactFlash card reader with headphone/microphone jacks?

I'm looking for an internal (5.25" or 3.5" drivebay) CompactFlash card reader that also has headphone/microphone jacks. The drive can use USB 2.0 or firewire, it doesn't matter.

So far I've found two beige ones:

Soyo BayOne Extreme ($14)
AeroCool ($34)

The AeroCool looks MUCH nicer and supports fan monitoring, but I really don't need the features. I really like the BayOne except for the fact that its ugly...

If you can find an Inwin i530 or i530B (black), they're nice. Unlike most internal card readers, they don't look like trash. But Inwin seems to have discontinued them You could get this case that comes with an i530B, then pull it: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811108324 Holler if you want a close-up photo of one.

http://www.svc.com , http://www.geeks.com and even newegg have many multifunction front panels. Generally you will get at least USB and FW jacks along with audio jacks and card reader - I've never seen one with just audio jacks, but you could buy just a card reader and mod the audio jacks in with cables from frontx.com.
. Or you could get the YE Data/Adaptec integrated floppy drive/card reader and something like the Silverstone ports panel ($12. from SVC) separately.
