Depending on where you live, check out a computer show. At the two I attended, people had literally stacks of zip drives for $10-15 a piece, depending on what booth you went to.

Fry's usually has stacks of the internal Zip Panasonic OEM drives - I got mine for like $40...

Internal zip 100 normally sell for $29

..as of time of this post, they also have a SCSI with ISA adapter for $45, and an external zip 100 parallel for $39.

These guys are ok, I've sold a bunch of surplus hardware to them and they test it before they re-sell it.
