Where can I find a torx 10 and a torx 20 screwdriver?

yeah, homedepot.com has a 7-Piece Torx Key set for 10 bux.

a little expensive to pop open an xbox for 15 minutes, but whatever.

home depot or lowes (or even sav-on) sells them snap on sets. only like 7 bux. the screwdriver houses the 8 or so bits that it gives you (which should also include the 10 and 20 torx)
