Where can I find a place that sell C1 stepping 2.4b's guarenteed?

I've had no bad things to say about either, though there have been more negative experiences with Atacom in the past.
 
If there's a PC Club near you, they have them. I'm sure they probably have them online. If you absolutely must be sure, it's best to go somewhere where you can inspect them yourself. I've picked up 1.8A, 2.0A before from them and just this morning a 2.53B. May go again tomorrow to see if there are any SL6RZ 2.4Bs.
 
I got one from Atacom..there shipping is very high though, I opted for regular UPS and its supposed to be delivered today (UPS shows 'out for delivery'), I ordered end of Feb too
