Where can I find a FM radio tuner for the PC?

I need an external unit that:

1. Does not run on batteries.
2. Has Line out so I can plug it into my system.

I am using a NEW Q Platinum right now but the inputs are messed up. It cuts out the PC sound I feed through it. 🙁
