where can I find a definition for a donkey punch to explain it to a friend?

The other day I asked a friend if she knew what a donkey punch was, and she didn't. Well, I was looking for a good definition on the net that she can read, because it'll be funnier that way than if I try to explain it. Can anyone help me out?
