Where can I find a copy of DOS?

I don't have a DOS boot disk anywhere! I'm trying to install Netware 4.11 and only need something that can make the system boot up and run the cd so I need a disk with like 5 files on it before it gets overwritten with Caldera. Can anyone help?

On 2K/XP, while you have a floppy in the drive. Right click the drive in My Computer and go to the 'Format' option. A new menu pops up. Check off 'Create an MSDOS Startup Disk'. Simple...

Edit : Not as simple as I thought... this only works in XP.
