Where can I find 64-bit drivers for my Netgear RangeMax Wireless PCI adapter?

I have the Netgear RangeMax Wireless adapter, model WPN311, and I need to find a set of compatible 64-bit drivers for it. I know www.planetamd64.com has plenty of 64-bit drivers, but I can't find it there. Can anybody also tell me what chipset my wireless card is? Thanks.
 
I do not know if it even exists.

However, if Netgear does not have it find out who make the Wireless chipset and look at the chipset's manfacturer site.

Some time there is better choices in the OEM download.
