where can i download winsock

i know its the wrong forum, but i never get responses in the other forums!!

i removed some spyware called "newdot" from my system but it sucked out my winsock drivers. its a win ME machine (gasp). how can i reinstall winsock?

first, I think that's somewhere included in all the windows updates, if you don't have those, get them

second, microsoft.com
 
my main problems is that the computer that has ME doesnt' have internet access, so i cna't download them. hence i need to get them on my xp home machine and put it on disk.
