We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. I beleive that their is only one "windows" version that works on all windows platforms (win2K, WinNT, Win95, etc...). Just download the windows 32-bit "x86" client (don't download the Alpha!).
See above. The Generic Team AnandTech install is probably what you want. You actually don't need many files for dnet, and you don't even need to "install" the software. The necessary files (included in the zip file in the link I gave) just need to be copied into a folder.
