Where can I download DirectX 9.0?

I need to do some tesing at work, and I cannot find DirectX 9.0 anywhere. I do NOT want DirectX 9.0a, that is fine, but I need to compare results to DirectX 9.0. I've tried google and a few major sites, anyone know where I can get it from???
