Where can I check RAM markings to specs

Like Micron RAM, Hyndai, VM (WTF is this company??)

All I can suggest is the manufacturer's website. That's what I've usually done. Hardest part is if it's something like a logo printed on the chip, and not a word; then it can be tough to track down.
