Where's a good store to purchase the Japanese Version of XP HOme Edition SP2?

Hopefully in the states sells them?

No. MUI is a feature that is available only on the Professional edition of Windows XP

and this one.. how do i go about getting it? says its not availble through retail?

The Windows XP/2000 MUI is sold only through Volume Licensing programs such as the Microsoft Open License Program (MOLP / Open), Select, and Enterprise agreement (or with a new computer as an OEM version at customer request). It is not available through retail channels.

why do you want the japanese version? so everything is in japanese or so support for it is built into the os?

because my mom can only read japanese. I gave her a computer with XP Home ENGLISH and she said she can't read anything. I thought i can get by with using that and J IME input method, but no go...
