Rear I/O panel shield for ATX mainboards?

They are generically fitting every ATX case, but are specific to the mainboard you're using.

You normally get one right there in the mainboard box - and if that's missing, complain to your retailer. If you draw a blank there, ask the mainboard maker whether they can send you one.

Or the SATA/molex brackets? That'll be a bit more difficult, never seen them sold separately.

Try contacting the MB manufacture and asking if they are FS. That would probably be the best bet. eBay occasionally has some MB parts for sale.

The thing that says "SATA Extention Module" with 1 molex and 2 SATA (or eSATA?) outlets.

Be aware that there are two types of SATA connectors being used externally, one is the standard SATA connector with the hook on the end of the tongue and the other is true eSATA with no hook on the tongue. Here is one at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812206003 . And here is another, but it is currently OOS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812119021 . Just about any place that sells cables should have similar by now. Try http://www.jab-tech.com/SATA-4-Pin-Mole...-Fan-header-PCI-backplate-pr-2559.html and http://www.svc.com , etc.

http://www.cablestogo.com also has one but the price on their site is kind of high - they don't undercut their resellers at their web store.
