So far, ther are only 2 power supplies available for the Tyan K7 Thunder motherbpoard. The power supply has to have a 24pin and 8pin power connector on it, it is not your standard 20pin ATX with 4pin additional lead. 1 is a 460watt power supply from NMB, which isn't of the greatest quality, but it is fairly cheap compared to the other which is a PC Power & Cooling 450watt. If you have the extra money, invest in the better PC Power & Cooling power supply, alot of people have had troubles with the NMBV not supplying correct voltage to the Tyan K7 causing it not to boot or no video, or mis-detection of CPU speed. A couple of others are on the way, just waiting for approval from AMD. Delta has one that is supposed to be available, but no one has them anywhere. Enermax is just waiting for approval from AMD to release theirs. The Tyan K7 is a great motherboard, AMD really out did them selves this time. It is by far, the most stable and best performing AMD platform that I have used to date.
