Where can I buy the C-01 and F-01 for Lian-Li?

Hehe, I tried painting my drives today. It worked OKAY, but acetone ruined my bezel and the paint was a bit too dark compared to lian-li's... So I decided to fork out about $20 - $25 to get a nice set of driver covers for my CD-RW and my Floppy drive.

Where Can I get these two parts (SILVER). Thanks

FrozenPC.com has them, but the SILVER lian-li CD cover is out of stock. And shipping is a heavy $7 for ground.
