Where can I buy the Asus P5KC?

I don't think you can find an ASUS P5KC board in stock most places, but you can find a newer board with the P35 chipset.

Are those as good as the KC, because I heard the KC was really good. I also liked that it supported DDR3.

The P5K3 Deluxe supports DDR3 standard. The others listed just DDR2. Right now there are no ASUS boards at any of the dealers that support both DDR2 and DDR3. I also recommend reading AnandTech's article by Wesley Fink, DDR3 vs. DDR2. The P5K3 board is a very nice board, but pricey.


edit: The GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R supports DDR2 and DDR3, and it is a good board.

I have a lot of research to do before I upgrade. I haven't upgraded in a long time.
