The P5K3 Deluxe supports DDR3 standard. The others listed just DDR2. Right now there are no ASUS boards at any of the dealers that support both DDR2 and DDR3. I also recommend reading AnandTech's article by Wesley Fink, DDR3 vs. DDR2. The P5K3 board is a very nice board, but pricey.
