What are you talking about? I have no idea what your topic says. Do you want a transmission? You can get one at a junkyard.

Please define "stick shift for the gear for my used car"? What kind of car? Are you talking about the shift knob? The shifter itself or a new transmission?

i think hes trying to change the stick on his tranny to make it a standard rather than auto.

but he doesnt understand you need to change the entire tranny, and youve got to fvck around a lot.

not worth it.

We're going to need a few more details than that.

Can you be more specific?

In an English class. Go there, they'll sell you whatever you're looking for. Right after you pass the class.

What exactly is the problem? Your SHIFTER on your MANUAL transmission car is broken? You can get a neon shifter for like $30 from walmart if you wanna go with that look.

can't I replace entire knob?

Give me the year, make & model, I can look the part up for you. Plus I assuming this is an manual trans, is that true?

he said there's a button on the shift knob...so unless he's got NOS on a mercury I think its an auto :)
