Hi, all my local hardware stores and etc dont have any solid copper blocks. I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to buy copper blocks to make a waterblock out of? Online or your hometown and i could order it....looking for waterblock sizes

Copper is nasty to work with. Turns to goo when trying to mill by all but the most apprenticed machinists.

My sugesstion is go to dtek and grab a $25 water block. Saves time, money, and is a superior product. JMO

Try McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com)

Big selection, fast, reasonable shipping, and fair (though not great) pricing. You just have to learn to navigate their website. Their print catalog is more than 3500 pages.

Freezing the block before working it is good ;) (especially pure red copper)
