where can i buy parts to make a custom clock?

ooh you have to make those crazy clocks that like spin ina circle and show the time! i remmeber teh link being here like a year or 2 ago
 
tryed them both no good 🙁 . I want to make a brand new rim that got bent up into a clock. anyone else?
