Where can i buy mobo/cpu for a great price and be able to pick up in person

What's a good Store/Reseller i can buy motherboards and cpus from that allows me to drive there and pick up after i order online. It has to be in southern california, Orange County area. someone must know a decent store.

check out pricewatch. being that u r in cali, there should be tons of places u can pick up from.

Umm, I think you can do that in Bestbuy.com although i'm not sure.

Just take a look at the ads for Fry's Electronics sometime. They have pretty good deals sometimes. You can't order online for that but since you want to pick your stuff up then there's no reason why you cant buy it at the store too.

i like in NJ...i've found places on pricewatch that will allow me to come pickup. just look a little further. most places that won't let u pick up r those places that have to rape u on shipping to make up for their low price.

Ack - don't give out that kind of advice [going to Fry's]. most of their products are returned items and sometimes they "forget" to mark them as being returned.

I would suggest picking up a local computer mag that lists small computer vendors in your area. Most, if not all, are a good cost effective alternative to Fry's.
