where can I buy internal CF/SM/MS/SD reader ?

I just saw this infomercial on TV that sold PC's.
They have this internal multi reader installed on the PC.
It has 4 slot, looks like MS, CF, SM, and something else (maybe SD).
Do you have to have connection on your mobo to install this internal reader ?
I have GA-8IRXP, so I think it has at least MS and SM connection.
Or does the internal reader use IDE cable instead?

does it connect to your PC's external USB ports? so you have to go from the 3.5" bay, out a PCI slot, into your USB port?

i've always wondered about that.

I Saw one of those only it used a 5.25" bay instead of the 3.5" if I had known about the 3.5" i wouldn't have bought this external one.. bummer
