Where can I buy/get boxes?

At the box store. It's next to the shipping tape store across the street from the packing popcorn store, caddy corner from the shipping label store.

I've been to the post office but I've never seen a place where I can look at different size boxes and grab a whole bunch.
 
Staples has a shipping section with boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, etc.
 
Craigs list will have a lot of people giving away their moving boxes, other then that just go dumpster diving and you will find all you can ever want. If you have a Burlingtons coat factory check them out for foam filling 😉
The one I used to visit was throwing away several 50+ gallon bags of the stuff every week. Thats the most expensive part of the shipping supplies IMO and I love the coat factory for hooking me up for a few years supply of the stuff 😀

Will it matter to UPS if I ship stuff in a box that has the company logo on it?
 
I buy lots of stuff online and keep all the boxes. I have a room's worth of empty boxes and packing material. Haven't gotten around to using them... 😉
