When I went to Belgium I went to this museum, it was by far the cheapest chocolate I encountered there and I think even with shipping it's a value. Just buy a ton of the chocolate drops and you're golden.

This. My MIL brought back a lot of American chocolate once. Its really, really not good.

you just have to buy the good chocolate

which are usually at the gourmet chocolate shelf and at 3 to 5 for a regualr sized chocolate bar

for op you should go to trader joes and get the pound plus chocolate bar for $5.

yep over a pound of belgium chocolate for $5

you can get milk chocolate or semi sweet at 50 to 55% with or without almonds. you can also get bitter sweet without almonds and that has 70% chocolate products

I got the 73% belgian dark chocolate at trader joes. Wow, way better than Hershey's. The cashier however, asked me if I was going home to do some baking or something with all that chocolate...lol wtf I fail

Hershey's is not at all the same as real chocolate, and the same is true for most US chocolate brands. The Belgian / Dutch / German / Swiss chocolates are the best, I like neuhaus dark chocolate. You can get pretty much any of them on Amazon.

I get this from Aldi for $2 each. It's hardly elitist, but it a hell of a lot better than Hershey.
