Truck stops typically have them...so people can still travel without repairing the tailight until they get back to their home state.
 
Geez you guys are crazy. You do realize that you probably have them in your car right now right? Typically they're used for dash and instrument panel lights since its cheaper/easier to use these caps then to make bulbs with blue tinted glass and such.

I guess that makes all you guys out to be ricers to eh?:roll:

Yes they are. As a matter of fact, if you drive an import, most likely you have them on your car (unless they are LEDs).
