You are garaunteed an IQYHA stepping from Exal. From newegg you could get a really crapp stepping and it wouldn't be very worthwhile then huh?

However if you are getting such a highly OCer i would HIGHLY reccommend a DFI NFII Ultra Infinity Board over the other boards. That board has been known to reach incredible OC's. Also make sure you have good memory.

You can get a crummy stepping from newegg. I got a 35W 2400+ from newegg that won't get 2400 MHz completely Prime stable unless it's winter and cold. This is at 1.775v with a Thermalright 947U. Most I could get totally stable at that voltage was ~2350 range.

At this point though, I'd seriously consider just going straight to A64. With a retail combo from mwave at just over $200 for the mobo+retail CPU/heatsink it's hard not to go A64. With that chip + an NF7-S + a HSF, you're right in the same price range, and the A64 at the ~2300-2400 MHz you'll get out of it on the retail heatsink will simply blow away any mobile.
