I have Xbox Live but I want to sell it with my system locally so I need a one time CC number with like a little money on it. I have a visa card do they offer such a service? Can I buy disposable credit cards online?

You can send anyone (even under 18 year old minors) a 16 digit one time use credit card number via WebCert.

I've used it before and it worked great. 15 year old sent me cash, I sent them a cc number, they ordered (whatever they wanted) without their parents knowledge 😉
