Where can I buy a new cell phone for the cheapest w/o signing up for a contract?

I'm looking in particular at a Nokia 5165- just a basic phone.

I live in Alaska so I'm looking online cuz the places around here are all too expensive for the phones+plans.

Any ideas?

K-Mart (bluelight.com) has them, they are the type you have to fund with a prepaid card.

do you mean brand new from an e-tailer? or do u not mind getting something used? for new stuff...amazon.com sometimes have 50% coupons for their website. as for used stuff...forums like this are a good place to search. i, myself, have one up for sale. send me a message if u r interested.

I'm looking for new.

My current phone was a used one from my oldest sister who never used it but it just wore out... antenna gettin loose, battery not staying on totally secure. Things like that.

I might consider a used phone if it's good condition.
