All you really need is a #2 Phillips screwdriver, a pair of longnosed pliars and possibly some small wire cutters. This is assuming you are just a home computer builder. You should be able to buy all three tools for about 10 bucks. They don't need to be high quality tools.

I've accumalated the tools over the years...
What I did was buy a fishing box/tackle box, it works nice for all the screws, tools, PCI/AGP cards, cables, etc.
