You can get them installed easily enough on any car. My mom had a brake pedal and gas on the passenger side because she delivered mail for while.

It was pretty cool to slam on the gas when we were driving down an (empty) road. Haha.

Did she have two steering wheels?

Why did she need a second brake pedal? She was sitting on the right side and steering from there?

I'm confused too - how exactly did she deliver mail?

Rural route mail delivery they use either little right hand drive truck things, or the driver converts their own vehicle for dual-drive. Typically they just steer with the left hand and have duplicate gas/brake. This is because the mailbox is on the right side of the road. Some of them put linkages on the steering as well.
