PCmods makes nice baybuses. They are pretty easy to setup. It has places for four fans, but as long as you don't overload the max wattage of the baybus, you can hook up two fans to one spot.

Tuffguy, as i understand it JoinT is a little busy and I think has stopped taking orders at the moment. Hopefully he will get back in the flow soon. I myself am thinking of building and selling soe baybuses.

This is what I am shooting for on mine. They are nice looking and are easy to disconnect so it can be removed easily if needed.

Depending on the functionality you want, you may want to look at the Digital Doc 5

PCMods also carries a Rheostat that looks pretty sweet. The last time I looked at their baybus or their rheostat though, it only controlled four fans unless you spliced more than one fan onto a single connection.

The other issue was that they didn't allow you to use the 3 pin fan connector. I think you needed to cut the connector off, strip the wire and screw them onto the Baybus or Rheostat.

Is this Digital Doc 5 device all inclusive? Is this all you need to run and monitor your fans or do you need a baybus in addition to this?

TIA,

Sal

it's all inclusive, but i don't know if it allows you to cut the voltage and run 12v fans t 7v.

Can you get this thing any other place than Macpower? I just went through the forums and it looks like the customers are getting lousy support for the product.
