Where can I buy <20LB copy/inkjet/laser paper?

Officemax and Office Depot now only have 20lb and higher weight paper. This is new to me since I used to buy 16lb paper from Office Depot. I would rather have really thin, light paper because I have to print my own class notes and 20lb paper fills up a 2" binder very fast. Also, it is heavier.

Are there any stores that typically carry 16lb 500-2500 page boxes? Also, is 12lb usable in most laser printers?

Corporate level lasers bottom out around 16 lb, I'd imagine consumer level lasers are similar.

20 lb is pretty damn thin, anything lighter &amp; you'd be trying to run tissue paper through your printer.
