Where best to install games

Hey,

i got a 120 gb western digital drive (primary master) i use for storage, and a 40 gig 5400 maxtor for my OS (primary slave)

wheres the better place to install games?

The 120 GB drive most likely. It probably spins at 7200rpm.

also is it not better to install games on a different hd to the os (preferably ona different cable)?

I do that just in case my OS craps the bed. So if I need to reformat, I don't lose my saved games or ducuments.

i always install games on the non-os drive also..

Partition the 120GB drive and put it anywhere on there. I use my 2nd disk (ie. your 40GB) only for storage space.
