where are the raid 5 pci e cards? (sata)

Now pci-e is trickling down, im on the hunt for a raid 5 solution pci e card. I cant seem to find any.

Also why are all the onboard solutions only available with 0+1 as the best option? Im not really interested in losing half of my capaity to redundancy, just looking for faster performance with a bit of redundancy.
