Where are the official asus forums

I have a technical question that needs to be answered and though maybe they have a forum where their tech support gurus hang...work on issues, finds out about unresolved issues, hear feedback about beta bioses, etc.

Someone help me here..

I have an Asus P5B=Deluxe mobo that wont recognize my QX6700ES as an unlocked multi chip, though my cheaper DS3 mobo had no problems doing so...

Most mobo mfr forums tend to be mostly user to user with 'phone & email being the preferred channels for direct tech. support.

ASUS Forums is end-user based. ASUS staff don't even check in or monitor them.

ASUS recommends contacting tech support for technical inquiries.

I avoid buying Asus boards because their support has been so bad lately. Boards are great but service majorly sucks.
