Where are the icons in Netscape?

Is it just me or what? When I'm in the forums I can't see icons in Netscape 4.7. Do they show up in an upgraded version or do I just have to conform and us IE? Not that it effects the use or anything but I would like to see the Icons.
 
Maybe you have standard view on in customize.. no idea but t here are no problems with seeing icons in netscape so its on your end of things
