In the past we have has many heroes, many voices of reason come to our rescue. ML King was a heroes voice of reason that helped thwart hate and bigotry within mens souls. The heroes voice of JFK, his voice of reason delivered us from nuclear annihilation. Franklin Roosevelt gave us his powerful voice of heroes and voice of reason plus guidance, as too was the heroes voice of Winston Churchill. If not for Winston Churchill Britain may have entertain the idea of surrender to Adolf Hitler as an acceptable option.
Yes, we have had many heroes in our past and one could say an endless supply of heroes. But today? Where are those heroes? We need those heroes.
We have red states enacting laws to harm minorities, enacting laws to ban books, enacting laws to threaten librarians, enacting laws to censor school teachers. So many inconceivable acts of hate, acts of oppression, and down right legalization of such acts by red state legislators and red state governors across the nation. We all know the list and that list is endless, and yet it would only take one powerful forceful voice of reason from a hero, any real hero, to end this national madness. To end the evil's from all the DeSantis's out there, and from all the Donald Trump's out there, and from all the Jim Jordan's out there, and especially from all the MT Greene's out there. A heroes voice to wake people up and turn people away from the looney toons that have taken over our politics and taken over our very lives.
But again, Who? When? And how?
The evil just keep on coming and coming, coming in new ways with every day that passes. And the justification for their evil is just as evil as the evil itself.
"The children", "protecting the children", protecting "the children" from the books and from race and from our human differences. And those who spread such hate and evil have no intension of stopping. We know who their targets are, and we can only imagine who their targets will be tomorrow. Or maybe we not dare imagine. Maybe we dare not imagine their next and new justifications to further their agenda of hate, evil, and oppression.
I do know how Hitler did it, and it worked quite well to some extent for Hitler. To an extent of some six million. So if you're a red state then why change tactics from a system that worked quite well once upon a time? Why try something new when the old tricks work just fine?
We really need our heroes more now than ever before. That one power, forceful, heroes voice people will listen to and take wisdom from. To awaken the people from impending repetition of history long past, a history people never imagined could possibly be repeated, yet here we are and here it is.
