Valid points but we also know many do not bother reading any of the threads unless it's something that get's their attention. Like the traders to avoid thread, most don't check it as often as they should so they miss seeing new additions.

Since having the thread crapper thread up thread crapping has decreased dramatically.

But we'll consider this. 😉

Maybe we could put the Attention K Mart Shoppers * into the rules post, and the Do not Trade with Technics1200 into the Traders To Avoid! thread?

Here's another idea... maybe the ANNOUNCEMENT: Faster Access, higher PM limit and more for AnandTech Subscribers! could be a popup window so that only non-subscribers see it! 😀

I agree with everything you've said GeoffS except the popup thing, ack...I can only imagine the frustration that would cause 😛..
 
I agree.

While most of the sticky threads have useful info, they need to be consolidated. It's gotten ridiculous if you ask me. Takes up half the first page. Mods, please do something about this, it would be greatly appreciated.
