Edit: I had thought to buy another one off of ebay, just as a backup spare. Haven't done that yet.

First one broke because apparently a 9 pound cat is, like, really really heavy. (It was even in a padfolio type case. I heard the *crunch* when she stepped on it. So, that's quality glass right there.)

Replaced it under the Officemax extended warranty (which was a hassle-and-a-half.) Second one worked fine for a couple months, but now if I use it for more than a couple minutes, I get phantom screen taps all around the edges. I can just sit it there and watch the thing go nuts.

So cheaply specced glass and poor QC.

So eff it. See if HP gets another penny from me.

well a big problem happened that forced to refresh the whole sytem, a yellow box saying limited access for the wifi popped up, How do I prevent this from happening? Waiting for a 64gb sd card in the mail so I can upgrade to 10. Will upgrading to 10 prevent this from happening again? What do you suggest?
