Where are MS wheel drivers? and what does BIOS setting on AGP do?

Wondering if anyone knows about the MS Sidewinder Force Feedback Wheel drivers are available for XP?
What does the settings in BIOS on AGP memory hole or something do? Goes up in 32Mb, 64Mb, 128Mb, 512Mb.
