Where are ATI catalyst config files located?

I was messing around with eyefinity connecting my TV to my computer last night. While doing this I was able to disable my second desktop (my TV) and then somehow switch the display to that desktop. Now all I get out of my computer is a black screen when I boot into windows. Everything is fine before windows boot.
I have tried booting into safe mode, running driver sweeper and then rebooting into windows. This works until I reinstall catalyst then I get a black screen again. It seems that the settings are being saved somewhere even when I try and uninstall.

I am running catalyst 11.5 drivers on a radeon 6870

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

They'll be saved as registry keys more than likely. You might have to delete some entries by hand to remove them.

Just reconnect the TV, boot windows and then set the primary display back to the monitor. I had a similar problem when I was installing windows because at the time my TV had resolution higher than the monitor and windows "recognized it" as the primary display. I tried reinstalling 3 times before I figured out that windows was actually working (TV wasn't set to display the PC input...)
